Aid in the pursuit to ensure a positive living experience for all our neighborhood families, to protect the value of our community and homes and to further enhance the overall quality for our family’s and neighbor’s lives.

     Attention New Orchard Residents:

We want to make all our new residents to feel welcome. To locate new residents, the town provides us with a list of new sewer hookups. We believe that this is the most accurate way of identifying our new neighbors. If you are new to our community and have not been contacted, please e-mail one of the officers on the contact page.
