Annual Picnic — A GREAT Time to Meet Your Neighbors
The Orchard Civic Association along with the Lake Vista Association teamed up for another annual picnic and social time for the adjoining neighborhood residents. For several years the OCA and LVA have been working together to rehabilitate the Heady Cemetery and the Common Area around the lake. It was a great together for a nice, friendly neighborhood picnic, where neighbors enjoyed good fellowship and food.
